Innovative change management training
Successfully realising change is not only about going through the right process steps. To achieve successful change, attention to the human aspect of change is crucial.
Our business simulation teaches you to successfully lead and manage change. A change management training that puts you in the director’s chair of the change. Learn by doing!
Looking for a tailor-made change management training that takes your needs and priorities into account? We would be happy to take your requirements as a starting point to (co)create a training that fully meets your wishes!
Tackling your change with expertise
The simulation puts you in the middle of the action. You assume the role of a program manager within a fictitious organization. Your challenge is to make a success of the change that the fictional organization stands for.
Through the various assignments within the business simulation, we give you a thorough insight into theoretical change management knowledge, but also provide you with useful tools to optimize the chances of success of your change process.
During the training you learn to avoid the most common pitfalls and how important it is to safeguard the balance between the ‘hard’ (the process-based) and ‘soft’ (the human /
psychological) aspects of change.
At the end of the training you can opt for a short exam, after which you are certified as a Change Professional.
