Achieving change successfully is not just about going through the right steps. In order to achieve successful change, attention to the human aspect of change is crucial.

Throughout the session you work in team with other participants, an ideal opportunity to learn from others as well. After two days of learning, you’ll leave with a hands-on roadbook and the tools to lead the change in your work context to success!

Based on different types of assignments, you will receive insights and tools in an interactive way. By using video, we bring the recognizable business reality to live.

Not a classical education but an intensive experience

Through a variety of active assignments within the simulation, you will gain a thorough insight into the Change Leadership Framework, a pragmatic roadmap that allows you to shape and (manage) the change within your organization. The framework not only contains theoretical knowledge but also provides useful tools to optimize the chances of success of your change process.

During the training you will gain insight into how to avoid the most common pitfalls and you will learn how important it is to monitor the balance between the ‘hard’ (process) and ‘soft'(the human/psychological) aspects of change.

The training concludes with a short exam, after which you are certified as SANGOO Change Professional.

Practical information

WHEN?
February 22nd and 23rd, 2021 from 09.00 am till 5 pm.

LOCATION?
The session will be organised in Ghent (BaaS – Begijnhoflaan 456, 9000 Ghent). All applicable CORONA-regulations will be complied with.

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS
To maximize the impact of the training, the number of participants is between 8 and 12. In case we do not receive 8 registrations, the training will not take place.
